Please note that if you have purchased Payment Plan Festival Tickets and/or Payment Plan Accommodation, then these ticket types will not be available to download until they are paid in full.

As per the booking terms and conditions, deposits and tickets are non refundable. Tickets need to match the name on the booking, if you have a ticket that is for a friend you can log into your account and update the name on the ticket up to 6 weeks before the event

Yes, payment plans are available at checkout although there is a cost to set up a payment plan.
We have double rooms and triple rooms available. You can book as a group at a discounted price or book individually
Yes, if you book individually just let us know by writing your friends' full names in room mate request field at the checkout.
No food is not included, it is room only. Breakfast, Lunch & dinner can be purchased at the hotel on a day by day basis
No flights or transfers are included in the price. You will be responsible for booking your own flights & transfers
